Processing Time

  • All orders are custom-made and take 3–5 business days to process before shipping.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, wedding season, or large sales), processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods

We ship all orders through USPS or FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage): 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail / FedEx Ground): 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping (FedEx Express / USPS Priority Express): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holiday delays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. (If you plan to in the future, we can update this section.)


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • The Monogram Manors is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
